About Romco Builders
Who is behind this site
Romco Demolition is a division of Romco Builders. Romco Builders is a licensed Florida general contractor, established in 2015, with its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.
Romco builds for a living. Demolition is normally the opening trade on a construction job, so we plan it as step one of a longer sequence, with a scope, a schedule and a budget that carry on after the last truck leaves.
Our quotes run from a single interior wall up to an entire building. Each begins with the property itself: what comes out, what remains, what stands next door, and what the local permit office will ask to see.
Site engineering is work our own crews do: dewatering, Support of Excavation (an engineered system that keeps a deep cut from caving in) and deep foundations, tidal ground included. Where the Keys groundwater rises and falls with the tide, that capability earns its place.

What we commit to, and what we do not
- Romco Builders holds a Florida general contractor license, and we will share the details when you request a quote.
- No prices appear on this site. A quote is written after we see the property, photos or drawings.
- We do not give completion dates. Permit review, utility disconnects, survey results and weather sit outside a contractor's control, so you get the order of work and what each step depends on.
- Asbestos surveys and removal are licensed trades performed by separate firms. We line them up; we do not perform them.
